Album Title:

In 2007, we decided to put on an English Civil War game using 1644 rules at the WMMS show.

The terrain, built by our master terrain builder Alan Sheward, attracted much attention. His imaginative use of teddy bear fur (yes you read that right) got everyone talking.

The battle was an imaginary encounter between Stevens of Shrewley and B.G. Alan of De Glassing.

This battle represents the fight between the main armies on the outskirts of Earlswood and also the savage fighting within the small village. Most notable is the fight around the local Ale house which backs onto the famous Earlswood Lake.
